Old Skull; a pre-teen punk rock band formed in 1989.
Check out the video to their song Homeless. It’s actually pretty alright. They also appeared on MTV’s 120 Minutes. They broke up a little later, and reunited many times until 2005. Their singer J.T. Toulon died at age 30.
